Fatigue Assessments

The first step we will go through to help you beat fatigue is to complete a comprehensive assessment of your situation. Our objective is to get a better understanding of your physical health and mental welling as well as to learn more about your habits.

We can then use the results from the assessment to give you a programme to get back on top of life, restore your energy levels, and beat fatigue.

We offer a number of assessments suitable for fatigue management in New Zealand, including some that can be done by post. This is ideal if you live too far away from our Takapuna clinic.

As for the assessments, we offer four depending on which package you choose:

  • Cell Wellbeing Epigenetics Assessment – this is a hair follicle assessment devised in Germany that tests 800-plus factors
  • Questionnaire – a personalised questionnaire to find out more about you, your lifestyle, and your habits
  • Blood oxygen test – to discover whether low levels of oxygen in your blood are a source of your fatigue
  • Thyroid test – to learn if you have an underactive thyroid which can also contribute to fatigue

The second stage of fatigue management in New Zealand is to create a customised energy-boosting programme. This programme will contain a number of elements including:

  • Exercise
  • Meditation
  • Details of good habits you should adopt
