Normally we would expect a balanced diet to provide the body with the nutrients it needs.
However when under stress, these same nutrients we find in a healthy diet are depleted faster.

This was the findings of Dr James Wilson after working with his own clients. After changing their lifestyle and dietary habits their energy levels while slightly better were still not recovering.
